Our prize roulette is a digital wheel you spin on your phone during your visit. Prizes include percentage discounts on shisha, a free shisha, or a soft or hot drink. A free drink and a free shisha can both be claimed on the same visit if you win them on the wheel. Show the winning screen to our team when you order so they can apply your prize.

What the wheel offers
How to unlock your first spin
Choose one action, complete it during your visit, then show proof to staff before you play:
Maximum one Google review per account. Maximum one Instagram Story per day per account. Staff verify each action before the wheel unlocks.
Second spin and group bonus
Each guest can spin up to twice by completing both unlock actions - review and Story - on the same visit. With two or more shishas on the table, your group earns one extra spin when someone completes the action they have not used yet (Story if you already reviewed, or a review if you already posted a Story).
Discounts on your table
When several guests at one table win percentage discounts on shisha, we apply the single highest-value result from your group's spins - not every discount stacked on the same pipe. Percentage prizes from the wheel can combine with Magic Stamp loyalty on the same shisha; see our offers guide for a worked example. Happy Hours and the student offer cannot be used together with each other, but many other combinations are allowed.
