This also applies to items voluntarily handed to a member of staff for temporary safekeeping or charging, including mobile phones, power banks and other electronic devices. Guests remain responsible for collecting their belongings before leaving the premises.

Lost property

Any items found after a guest has left may be kept as lost property for a limited period, but we cannot guarantee that lost or forgotten items will be found or retained.

Financial responsibility

Laika Lounge is not financially responsible for replacing or reimbursing guests for lost, misplaced or forgotten personal belongings, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
