By accessing laikalounge.uk (“the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Laika Shisha Lounge operating Laika Shisha Lounge at 45 Frith Street, London W1D 4SD, United Kingdom.

The site provides information about our lounge, menus, promotions, blog content, a flavour quiz, FAQs and links to book a table. It is for general information; it does not form a contract until we confirm a reservation or sale in venue or through our booking system.

Menus, prices, opening hours and offers may change. We try to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free.

Online table bookings are processed by SevenRooms (or other tools we designate). Their terms, privacy policy and confirmation emails apply to the booking flow. We may refuse or cancel reservations for operational, safety or legal reasons.

A booking is an invitation to dine or use the lounge subject to availability, house rules and valid ID where required. Deposits or prepayment apply only if shown at checkout.

Shisha lounges in the UK are for adults. No one under 18 may visit Laika. By using the site you confirm you are 18 or older where required to access booking or tobacco-related information. Misrepresentation may result in refused entry without refund where permitted by law.

You must not misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping at scale, impersonating others, submitting unlawful or offensive content via forms, or interfering with other users.

We may suspend access and report abuse to authorities.

Text, logos, images, design, menus and other materials on the site are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit content without our written permission except as allowed by law (for example fair dealing).

Third-party marks (fonts, platforms, social networks) belong to their owners.

Website promotions are governed by our Promotion terms in addition to these terms. In case of conflict on promotional matters, the promotion terms prevail.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude warranties not required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing on the site is medical, legal or financial advice. Shisha and alcohol involve health risks; consume responsibly.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from use of the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site in any 12-month period is limited to £100 unless a court requires otherwise.

We are not responsible for third-party sites, maps, embeds or booking platforms linked from the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your home country if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
