Promotions, discounts and games published on laikalounge.uk or communicated in venue apply only at Laika Shisha Lounge, 45 Frith Street, London W1D 4SD, unless stated otherwise.

Offers do not apply to other venues or third-party platforms unless we say so in writing.

You must meet the legal age to enter the venue and order where alcohol or tobacco laws apply. We may ask for valid ID.

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a promotion for anyone who is abusive, intoxicated beyond what we can safely serve, or in breach of house rules or UK law.

Discounts (for example £10 off before a stated time, or student savings) apply to qualifying spend as explained on the promotion page or by our team. They cannot usually be combined with other offers unless we agree at the time.

Student and similar discounts require valid proof at the point of order. Misuse may void the offer.

We may change dates, amounts or mechanics of a promotion for operational or legal reasons. The version on our website or notice in venue at the time of your visit applies.

Unless we say otherwise, promotional value has no cash alternative, is not transferable for money, and is not valid after the stated end date.

The Happy Hours discount is intended for visits where you order and pay before 4:30pm, subject to staff confirmation and house rules on the day.

It may not apply on bank holidays, ticketed events or when we run other fixed-price menus - ask when you book or arrive.

The discount applies to qualifying spend as explained by our team; it usually cannot be stacked with other percentage-off promotions unless we agree at the time.

You must present valid student identification when ordering. We may refuse the discount if ID is missing, expired or does not match the guest using the offer.

The student discount is for personal use and may be limited to one redemption per visit unless we state otherwise.

It cannot usually be combined with other offers; our team will confirm at the till.

You can unlock up to 2 spins in total by completing guest actions and showing proof to staff before spinning.

Action 1: Leave a Google Maps review for Laika Shisha Lounge and show the published review to staff. This unlocks 1 spin.

All actions must be verified by Laika staff at the venue; unverified or duplicate entries do not qualify.

Any wheel or digital game on this page is a promotional experience for guests at Laika. It is not gambling for cash prizes unless we publish separate, compliant rules.

Prizes or perks are subject to availability, may be substituted, and are described at the time of play.

One play per guest per visit may apply unless we state otherwise. We may limit repeats to keep the experience fair for everyone.

Technical faults void affected plays; our decision on replay or substitute offers is final in case of dispute.
