Offers, discounts and games published on laikalounge.uk or communicated in venue apply only at Laika Shisha Lounge, 45 Frith Street, London W1D 4SD, unless stated otherwise.

Offers do not apply to other venues or third-party platforms unless we say so in writing.

You must meet the legal age to enter the venue and order where alcohol or tobacco laws apply. We may ask for valid ID.

We reserve the right to refuse service or end an offer for anyone who is abusive, intoxicated beyond what we can safely serve, or in breach of house rules or UK law.

Discounts apply as explained on the offers page or by our team. Many offers can be combined — see “Can offers be combined?” below.

Student and similar discounts require valid proof at the point of order. Misuse may void the offer.

We may change dates, amounts or mechanics of an offer for operational or legal reasons. The version on our website or notice in venue at the time of your visit applies.

Unless we say otherwise, offer value has no cash alternative, is not transferable for money, and is not valid after the stated end date.

The Happy Hours discount is for visits where you come and order before 4:30pm. You may pay at any time, subject to staff confirmation and house rules on the day.

Student pricing is shisha for £40 while you hold valid, in-date student identification. We may refuse the offer if ID is missing, expired or does not match the guest ordering.

The discount applies for as long as you have a valid student ID and may be used on any number of shishas during your visit.

The student offer does not apply during Happy Hours.

It can be combined with Magic Stamp rewards and spinning wheel discounts, as explained in our combining offers section.

Yes — many offers can be combined. For example: you arrive in time for Happy Hours and your shisha is £40; you redeem 25% with your Magic Stamp and you won 10% on the spinning wheel — your 25% and 10% discounts combine into 35% off that single shisha.

Happy Hours pricing and the student offer cannot be used together. Other combinations follow the rules on each offer page; our team will confirm at the till.

A free drink prize and a free shisha from the spinning wheel may both be claimed on the same visit.

Your first spin is unlocked when you complete one guest action and show proof to staff before you play: leave a Google Maps review for Laika Shisha Lounge, or post an Instagram Story about your visit tagging @laika.shishalounge.

When you visit with other guests, each person may spin the wheel once after staff verify their action. For shisha discounts on your table, we apply the single highest-value discount from your group's spins — percentage discounts from the wheel are not stacked across guests.

When there are two or more shishas on your table, your group may earn one extra spin by completing the other unlock action: post an Instagram Story if you already left a Google review, or leave a Google review if you already posted a Story. Staff must verify before the bonus spin.

A free drink prize and a free shisha prize may both be claimed on the same visit when won on the wheel — they can be combined and redeemed together.

Up to two spins per guest may apply under the unlock rules above.

Maximum 1 Google review counted per Google account for this offer. Maximum 1 Instagram Story counted per day, per guest account.

All actions must be verified by Laika staff at the venue on your phone before each spin; unverified or duplicate entries do not qualify.

Show the winning screen when you order to redeem. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with an equivalent perk.

Any wheel or digital game on this page is an offer experience for guests at Laika. It is not gambling for cash prizes unless we publish separate, compliant rules.
