How does the 1 shisha per table rule work?

Each table requires 1 shisha. If you occupy 2 tables, 2 shishas are required; 3 tables, 3 shishas, and so on.

What is Atomic Experience shisha?

Atomic Experience is our signature shisha, served with ice, fruits, juice, and a custom flavour mix for a unique experience.

What does the 1.5-hour slot mean?

Each session lasts 90 minutes. Fifteen minutes before the end, your last order will be taken and the bill presented. You may extend your session for another 1.5 hours if availability allows, either online or through a staff member. Extensions are not possible if the lounge is fully booked.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Using our Magic Stamp system, 1 shisha = 1 stamp. Collect 4, 7, or 10 stamps for 15%, 25%, or a free shisha.

Do you offer student discount?

Yes - students can enjoy shisha for £40. To redeem the offer, show your valid student ID and download Laika’s Magic Stamp App.

Why can’t I bring anyone under 18?

UK law strictly forbids anyone under 18 from visiting shisha lounges.

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

No. Dogs, including assistance dogs, are not allowed due to fire safety regulations.

Question 9

What do the nicotine levels 1-5 mean?

Accepted Answer

They indicate the strength of the shisha. Even regular cigarette smokers should choose a moderate level (1-2). Shisha is smoked differently from cigarettes, so too high a strength can cause dizziness or nausea. Even experienced shisha smokers should generally select levels 3-4 due to the heavier flavours and preparation methods.

Why must I order food with alcohol?

Our licence requires alcohol to be served with food for safety reasons. Consuming alcohol without food could be harmful due to intoxication levels.

Can I change my shisha if I don’t like it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you notify a staff member within 15 minutes of service. After this time, changes cannot be made free of charge.

Can I bring my own tobacco or alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Corkage applies. Tobacco pricing remains the same.

Can you prepare shisha on a fruit head?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can carve a pineapple or grapefruit as an add-on.

Do you offer ice pipes or disposable pipes?
